Original name "Road to 200 kg Squat" / "Vägen till 200 kg i knäböj" 
This program contains a lot of sets and training. Along with a lot of squat and deadlift with variants. It also contains many assisted exercises for the core and lower body. The training sessions themselves is not that hard if you follow the guidelines. Tho it's a lot of training and a lots of sets. This may be something for someone that have hit a plateau and needs to try something new.

The HAK PL 2024 program served as the foundation for a group of powerlifters at a local club. Following this program, the entire group successfully advanced to the top league in Swedish Powerlifting. If you're limited to just a barbell and time, this program might be perfect for you. Barbell Built Express HIT is a high-intensity program featuring complex exercises organized to optimize your time. With relatively short rest periods, the training is tough, and it’s up to you how hard you push yourself. You’ll perform one top set for each exercise to give it your all before moving on to the next. The only exception is the bench press, which includes two sets.  - - - All variants is based on your 1RM in the main lift. So if your doing bench variants, put in your 1RM bench in the variant as well.

This program is based on more or less one method. Its do get yourself to a well performed set of 8 at 80% of your 1RM. If you can execute a good set of 8 reps at 80% with ambi even so a few reps in the tank. You will probably have pushed your 1RM higher than where it was when you started with this program. Be sure to keep a good form and to all the reps strict to get the full effect of the program. The program itself is 5 weeks with 1 week of light training before the max attempts.

1 upper 1 lower is a strength training program that includes one upper body and one lower body workout. The idea is that you, who may not have time or have prioritized other things, can still incorporate the most comprehensive workout for the upper body in one session and the lower body in another.

Built Strong 1.0 – Compound Max Reps is a program with a powerlifting focus, but also a strong emphasis on overall strength. Each week, you perform max reps in the squat, bench press, deadlift, and overhead press. In addition, there are other compound exercises for multiple muscle groups, as well as exercises for smaller, more stabilizing muscle groups around the shoulders and hips. The program is suitable for those who enjoy pushing themselves and aren’t afraid of hard work. However, it is important that you maintain high integrity and standards in your execution.The training program itself is 4 weeks long. It is then followed by either a deload week or a max-out week. In the best-case scenario, a deload week is followed by a max-out week.

For except those exercises there are assistance exercises. That will help to pinpoint smaller muscle groups that may not get fully involved the the major exercises.

This program was created and developed for Sweden’s Strongest Man 2021, Marcus “Buktryck” Yngvesson. After retiring from his career, he wanted to lose weight while continuing strength training. The training was designed to be efficient, with a focus on building and maintaining both muscle and strength. The exercises are tailored to the equipment he has at his home garage gym but can be substituted with similar movements.

This is a very basic conjugate program where a regular barbell is enough and you do not need to use bands or chains. All you need is a barbell, rack, bench, and weights. Also someone to spot you on box squats and help you pull up deadlifts, weight plates can work for that.

Built Strong 1.0 is similar to the Barbell Built programs but requires more gym equipment. In addition to building strength in the bench press, squat, deadlift, and military press, you will also develop surrounding strength to become functional in the shoulder and hip joints, as well as the knee and elbow joints. Exercises can be substituted with similar movements, or additional exercises can be added to the program when needed.

This block is the main training block. There is also a light week/block, which serves as a reload/deload week to be used if you are coming off a competition or need a smoother re-entry into training.  If you want a longer ramp-up period, or if the reload week feels too easy, you can start with — or add — the Intro Week to ease yourself into the program.
